  I would like to help make WooCommerce into a basic POS system using a barcode scanner to scan products in and out of WooCommerce. It would be able to add SKU as per barcode and add and remove inventory as well.

  Check in / Check Out Log Files & Date Stamps

  It would be great to have the order barcode shortcode for check-in and check-out create a seperate log file that would date/time stamp when order is checkin with barcode and order details. Same as check out. This way be able to run and review reports of which orders check in at any given time.

  Make error visible via red text instead of the normal colored text

  When an order is already checked in the text “Customer already checked in” is displayed in the color of the theme. It should be in red because it’s an error message. It’s also helpful for the operatos who scans the bar-/QR-code to see the order is already checked in.
